Not satisfied with your order? Sorry to hear at Filters4alles you may return within 14 days after receipt return the product.
To do so, simply follow the steps below.

1. Report return

  • Email us at info@filters4alles.nl and register your return. (You can directly download the return form at the bottom of this page and send it along)

  • You will then receive instructions and (if applicable) a return label by e-mail.

2. Product packaging

  • Pack the products in the original, undamaged packaging.

  • Add the completed return form add to the box.

  • Preferably use the shipping box in which your order was delivered.

  • Stick it address label clearly visible on the outside of the box.

3. Send

  • Deliver the parcel to a post office or parcel point of your choice.

  • Save it shipping receipt good until the return is settled.

Refund

When do we pay back?
Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund the purchase price (including any return shipping costs) within 14 days after revocation back.

How do you get the amount back?
We always refund using the same payment method you used to pay. Should this fail, we will contact you.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are for its own account, unless:

  • the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered;

  • Whether it is defective on receipt.

In this case, we will refund the return costs afterwards.

Instructions for returns

To ensure smooth processing:

  • The articles are complete and undamaged.

  • Original packaging is present.

  • The copy invoice and this return form are in the box.

  • The address label is attached legibly.

Once your return has been processed, you will automatically be notified by e-mail.
